TriSync methodolgy is centered around layering performance cycle analysis on top of conventional statistics, providing a fundamentally different lens through which to evaluate player performance. Instead of asking "What has this player done?" TriSync asks "What is this player capable of doing today?"
Tracking capacity, competitive and cognitive cycles for every player results in a daily composite score that is indicative of performance. The scores naturally reveal when athletes are primed for peak performance. Each day players are assigned one of these output levels:
In addition, historical performance at each of the various output levels is analyzed to determine a profile type for each player which indicates the correlation between cycle convergence and actual performance. Think of it as a confidence factor for how likely a player is to follow their established cycle patterns.
